    1. What is IntoTheUnknown?

IntoTheUnknown is a map-based social navigation app that connects people with similar interests and preferences. Users can view profiles on the map, including details like profile pictures, names, ages, locations, last active times, and more. You can see pinpoints (markers) representing others on the map and view their profiles to start a chat. Whether you're looking for friendship, networking, or something else, IntoTheUnknown helps you find the perfect match.

    2. Why do the pinpoints (markers) keep moving?

To protect users' precise location privacy, we randomize the location of each pinpoint within a 1-2 km radius of the actual location. This ensures privacy while still allowing users to find and connect with others nearby.

    3. What makes IntoTheUnknown different from other apps?

We aim to make our app truly useful with the following principles:

    1. Full Functionality for Free: Unlike many other apps, we offer features like sending messages, viewing profiles without any charges. We want to eliminate these limitations for all users, including free users.
    2. Easier Connections: Our map-based interface shows the physical distance between users, increasing the chances of meeting people in real life rather than just chatting within the app.

    4. Why do I need to scroll all the way down to send a message from a profile?

We value meaningful connections. By requiring users to scroll through the entire profile, we ensure that profiles are read thoroughly before sending messages. This encourages users to write detailed descriptions and ensures that their efforts in crafting their profiles are appreciated.
